Kumpulan antivirus lokal

Seiring dengan banyaknya pembuat virus lokal, yang disebarkan melalui USB flash disk, Email file attachment, ataupun download program, banyak juga ternyata para pembuat antivirus yang juga buatan gratis lokal. Walaupun begitu, menurut analisa gw sih, sebenarnya sarana yang paling cepat untuk menyebarkan virus adalah USB flash disk. Terlebih lagi bila komputer sasaran tidak mempunyai antivirus yang memiliki update terbaru. Kamu tahu sendiri lah, harga flash disk sekarang udah murah, apalagi utilitasnya yang gampang, tinggal colok, jalan. Udah ngga jaman lagi kayaknya sekarang kalo pake disket, paling banter pake CD, itupun ngga bisa dihapus dan diisi ulang (kayak minuman galon aja) dan rentan tergores yang akibatnya CD tidak bisa terbaca oleh CD ROM.

Banyak para pekerja, mahasiswa, siswa dan pengangguran tenteng-tenteng flash disk ke warnet, ke komputer kantor, komputer sekolah. Harga di bawah cepekpun sudah tersedia. Peluang inilah yang banyak dipakai oleh para pembuat virus untuk menyebarkan virusnya, entah untuk iseng-iseng, pengen terkenal, pengen coba-coba, atau malah lagi sakit hati. Dan ujung-ujungnya.. media penyebaran berikutnya adalah melalui internet baik lewat email maupun download program. Namun jangan salah, dengan maraknya pembuat virus lokal, banyak pula yang mencoba untuk membuat antivirus gratis lokal.Setelah googling di internet, ada kurang lebih 18 antivirus yang beredar.

Berikut gw review sedikit tentang keberadaan antivirus-antivirus karya lokal gratis yang beredar di pasaran.

1. PCMAV atau PC Media Antivirus

PCMAV adalah Antivirus yang dikembangkan oleh majalah PCMEDIA, majalah komputer yang beredar di Indonesia. Saat tulisan ini dibuat, PCMAV telah Menurut klaim dari PCMEDIA disebutkan bahwa:

Dikembangkan secara intensif oleh PC Media, majalah komputer terbesar dan terlaris di Indonesia, serta didukung luasnya jaringan distribusi Pinpoint Publications, PCMAV telah dipercaya oleh lebih dari 300.000 komputer pembaca setia dan pecinta Majalah PC Media di nusantara.

PCMAV biasanya dikeluarkan dengan versi terbarunya, setiap majalah PC Media beredar setiap bulannya. Mungkin ini salah satu trik juga untuk membuat laris majalah tersebut. Dan karena hal tersebut diatas, PCMAV laris dipakai oleh para pengguna komputer dan internet. Selain itu, PCMAV juga mendukung untuk diintegrasikan dengan engine lain, yaitu Clamav, sehingga database pengenalan virus semakin banyak. Kelemahan dari PCMAV adalah loading yang memakan waktu cukup lama, karena proses penyecanan yang mungkin terlalu banyak. Sayangnya, memang ada beberapa yang menyangsikan keberadaan PCMAV, karena mereka menganalisa bahwa PCMAV sendirilah yang menyebarkan virus, lalu pura-pura bikin antivirus untuk membasmi virus yang mereka buat sendiri. Dan memang menurut kata-kata orang, PCMAV kadang dianggap virus oleh antivirus lain. Yah.. gw sendiri juga ngga paham betul mana yang benar. Yang jelas, gw juga memakai antivirus ini apabila ada virus lokal yang menyerang komputer client gw. PCMAV juga bisa anda dapatkan di blog gw ini secara gratis.

2. ANSAV

ANSAV adalah salah satu antivirus buatan anak negeri Indonesia yang cukup populer juga. ANSAV sendiri dikembangkan oleh Anvie, dan dibantu oleh beberapa temannya termasuk salah satunya temen lamaku di Jogja, Omponk. Saat tulisan ini dibuat, ANSAV sudah merelease versi 2 Beta. Antivirus ini populer karena adanya fungsi-fungsi tambahan (plugin) ditambah lagi adanya forum yang masih aktif membahas tentang perkembangan antivirus dan virus terbaru di Indonesia. Tak heran jika ada antivirus baru biasanya dikenalkan dulu lewat forum ini. Beberapa kelebihan untuk versi barunya seperti yang diklaim adalah sebagai berikut:

– Ansav interface yang baru, multi tabs untuk tiap tiap fungsi seperti scanning dan pengaturan
– Multi language, bahasa bisa diganti dari Inggris (default) menjadi bahasa Jawa misalnya
– Mekanisme update yang baru, auto-checking untuk new updates (online) dan offline update
– Tampilan dan penanganan plugin untuk Ansav, SDK plugin menyusul
– Interface Control for the New “Ansav Guard”

Untuk database virus, memang belum sebanyak database virus PCMAV, namun kayaknya, akan dimodel seperti PCMAV, yang akan terus-terusan update database, yang bisa dilakukan secara online maupun offline atau manual. Kelebihannya, ANSAV cenderung lebih cepat dalam proses scanning, tidak seperti PCMAV. Kebetulan untuk versi terbaru belum sempet gw coba. Untuk mendownloadnya kamu bisa buka Ansav.com

3. AI – AVINDO

AI – AVINDO atau entah Antivirus Indonesia atau apa, gw juga sedikit kebingungan mencari informasinya. Antivirus buatan Ahlul Media Computama ini ketika berkunjung ke webnya, memang rada susah informasinya karena navigasinya yang terkesan rumit. Namun begitu antivirus ini memang buatan lokal, dan si pembuat pun, saat ini juga sudah mengeluarkan buku tentang “Membuat virus dan antivirus”. Loh.. jangan-jangan.. D

Antivirus ini terkesan memang agak unik, dibandingkan dengan antivirus lainnya, pada saat anda buka file “vKApp.exe” anda tidak akan menjumpai tampilan seperti layaknya anti virus lokal lainya, karena yang akan tampil hanya 2 pilihan aja. dengan tulisan sebagai berikut :

1. Seret virus ke sini “jika anda menemui file virus langsung aja seret”
2. Seret file kesini untuk cek virus “file mana yang ingin discan juga tinggal seret”

Untuk versi yang baru, setelah installasi, Anda dapat mengakses beberapa sajian menu dari antivirus ini antara lain Tools, Antivirus, Cari Virus, Task Manager Alternatif, Update Database, Situs Promo, Situs Rujukan, dan Uninstall. Di bagian Tools masih dibagi lagi menjadi New Dos Prompt, New Registry Editor, Startup Editor, dan Sys Fixer. Pada saat tulisan ini dibuat, Avindo telah mencapai versi AVINDO 1.0.0.141, yang diposting sudah cukup lama, yaitu September 25, 2007. trus untuk update databasenya.. gw sendiri belum menemukannya. Bagi yang tertarik dan pengen mencoba, silahkan download avindo 1.0.0.141 disini.

Antivirus ini ketika mencoba melihat web sumbernya, eh telah disuspend oleh wordpress, lihat di webnya yang lain.. ngga ada ulasannya, jadi untuk mereview gw ambil dari dari berbagai blog, yang mengatakan bahwa Antv-md5-pattern merupakan salah satu antivirus lokal yang sangat ampuh dalam membasmi malware/virus dan antivirus ini merupakan pesaing terberat dari PC Media Antivirus ( PCMAV )1.0 Final Release. Devices running uClinux

  • Arcturus Networks has a microcontroller module designed specifically to run uClinux. It is called the uCsimm. More information can be found at the uCsimm website.
  • SnapGear Inc produces both consumer and developer products based upon uClinux. The SecureEdge (TM) is a family of reference designs for secure, Internet-ready appliances. As a development platform the SecureEdge (TM) makes it is easy to quickly prototype deeply embedded applications. Customers have built diverse applications such as gas station forecourt control with e-commerce, government sports/betting regulatory controllers, and satellite protocol optimized remote access routers. One notable project has been the BMS player developed for MP3.com. SnapGear Inc provides total lifecycle services from conceptual design through to manufacturing and even global fulfillment. Partners include Motorola and Hitachi.
  • Aplio has several uClinux-based products, including the ATMEL ARM7TDMI based voice-over-IP telephone. The Aplio/Phone allows you to talk for as long as you want without incurring any long-distance charges. Aplio also offers the AT91 Development Board. This is a helpful tool for a development team using the Aplio/Trio to design an Internet Appliance.
  • AXIS ported uClinux to their ETRAX chip in order to develop a commercial product, their AXIS 2100 Network Camera. It is a digital indoor camera with direct network attachment.
  • ADOMO have a product line of great ColdFire based set top home thin appliances. Check them out [here], or read [this] article from linuxdevics.com.
  • TABO software developed a Programmable Logic Controller that uses Arcturus Networks’ uCsimm and runs uClinux. Read this linuxdevices.com article on it. Contact TABO at tabo@niagra.com.
  • ATMEL has an ARM-based evaluation board, the AT91, that runs uClinux.
  • Arnewsh Inc. also makes evaluation boards that run uClinux.
  • CISCO 2500/3000/4000 Koen De Vleeschauwer has created a patch that allows uClinux to run on older MC68EC030 based CISCO routers (2500/3000/4000). It requires 4MB of RAM.     David McCullough With linux enjoying growing success in the embedded space, more and more people are looking to experiment with embedded linux and how suitable it is for their application. Unfortunately this usually requires a large investment in time to get Linux running on a platform that resembles the target hardware for the application. More often than not this investment in time is suitable deterent to investigating the linux option any further. Even more so in deeply embedded environments where uClinux is likely to be found. This paper will look at software only options (emulators) available to run the uClinux operating system. uClinux is a version of Linux for CPUs without virtual memory or an MMU (Memory Management Unit) and is typically targeted at deeply embedded systems with very little memory or permanent storage.

    Why use an Emulator to run uClinux ?

    The great thing about the emulators discussed here is that they are free. This make it possible to get started with uClinux and see how it sizes up for the cost of a few downloads, allowing the user to become familiar with the tools and the environment before taking the step of recommending that the next project should use Linux. The quality and reliability of the development tools can be measured before hand which is a huge advantage in pre-project planning. There is nothing worse than finding out the development tools are not up to scratch some time after committing to a delivery date.

    If possible, an emulator that closely resembles the preferred target CPU should be chosen. This gives the advantage of testing the development tools and in turn, receiving hard data on memory requirements and flash ROM requirements. In some circumstances development can begin on the emulator even before real hardware is available. A good example is the Leox Project which has done most of it’s uClinux work using the TSIM emulator:

    Debugging can also be a much simipler task in the virtual enviroment of an emulator. It is possible to totally control the CPU emulation allowing access to debugging information that may not be possible with real hardware. An emulator can trace memory accesses and code execution at the finest level helping to find that elusive bug in the software or operating system.

    Emulators can allow the developers to experiment with different performance options and their effect on usability. Something that may be useful when determining performance requirements of the target hardware. Emulators can also help to determine flash and memory requirements. All of this can be useful information early in the development process.

    Criteria for choosing an emulator

    When choosing an emulator there are a number of things to consider. Firstly, a good emulator choice should closely emulate the target CPU that may be under consideration, and if possible, be developed using the same tools. This will greatly increase the relevance of any work done in the emulator.

    The closer an emulator is to the target hardware the better. This means emulating serial ports, timers and other devices found on the target hardware.

    Debugging options should be considered. While learning a new operating system a full source level debugger can be an important part of understanding the system startup sequence. Any knowledge gained here will easily transferr to debugging skills on real hardware when it becomes available. Where a full source debug option is not available, instruction/address tracing can be useful and can normaly be added to the emulator if nothing else is available.

    One of the biggst shortfalls of the emulators available to run uClinux is the absence of real network device emulation. Although it is possible to run networking on emulated serial ports using PPP or SLIP, it would be much more interesting to have an emulated network device. Emulation of commonly used embedded network devices would be particularly interesting and only requires someone to take the time to implement.

    What choices are there

    A search on the net for an emulator will reveal a huge list of possibilities. Only two of the endless possibilities will be discussed in some detail here. These emulators are already well supported by uClinux and offer a good coverage for embedded options CPU targets. A more comprehensive list will be provided later.

    This first emulator, indeed the emulator that helped to create the first uClinux versions is Xcopilot. Xcopilot is a PalmPilot emulator that runs under Unix/X11. It offers emulation of the timer, serial ports, touch pad and LCD display along with Motorola 68000 emulation (m68k).

    The second emulator is the ARMulator which is part of the GNU debugger, gdb. Currently the ARMulator offers a serial console along with many possible ARM emulations including big endian, little endian and thumb emulations.

    Getting Xcopilot

    Xcopilot can be obtained from many places. The most up to date source for using Xcopilot with uClinux is the version in CVS on cvs.uclinux.org.

    	cvs -d:pserver:anonymous@cvs.uclinux.org:/var/cvs login

    Just press enter at the password prompt, and then run:

    	cvs -d:pserver:anonymous@cvs.uclinux.org:/var/cvs checkout xcopilot

    Otherise a reasonably recent version can be downloaded from:

    	http://www.uclinux.org/pub/uClinux/utilities/xcopilot-0.6.6-uc0.tar.gz

    Compiling Xcopilot is straight forward:

    	./configure
    	make
    	make install

    Providing all the correct libraries are in place, the result will be an Xcopilot that is ready to use.

    A copy of the m68k-elf-tools will be required to build uClinux kernels and binaries for Xcopilot. These can be obtained from:

    Follow the instructions for installing the pre-compiled binaries, or for the keen, build the tools from the source provided.

    Getting the GDB/ARMulator

    The GDB/ARMulator for use with uClinux is available from:

    This page contains all the information needed to build gdb for use with the ARMulator and uClinux. There is even a selection of pre-compiled uClinux binaries that can be run in the ARMulator once it is built and installed.

    A copy of the arm-elf-tools will be required to build uClinux kernels and binaries for the GDB/ARMulator. These can be obtained from:

    	http://www.uclinux.org/pub/uClinux/arm-elf-tools/

    Again, follow the instructions for installing the pre-compiled binaries, or build them from the source provided.

    Getting/Building the uClinux Source

    The easiest way to get started with the uClinux source is to grab the full uClinux distribution sources from:

    	http://www.uclinux.org/pub/uClinux/dist/

    This is a rather large file that provides both 2.0.39 and 2.4.17 kernels along with a good selection of applications, most of which have been ported to uClinux. It also provides pre-canned configurations for both Xcopilot and the GDB/ARMulator that can be selected from the config menu.

    The mechanism for building for either target is essentially the same, only the target selection is different.

    First extract the uClinux-dist tarball:

    	gunzip < uClinux-dist-20020701.tar.gz | tar xzf  -
    	cd uClinux-dist
    	make xconfig

    Select ‘Target Platform Selection’, choose a target. 3com/Xcopilot for the Xcopilot target or GDB/ARMulator for the ARMulator. Select the desired kernel version and use uC-libc as the ‘C’ library. Save and Exit. Here is an example of of an xconfig for Xcopilot:

    XconfigOne the config has finished setting up the source tree:

    	make dep

    When this completes, the freshly built binary images will be ready to be run in the chosen emulator.

    Running uClinux in Xcopilot

    There is a little bit of setup required to run uClinux in Xcopilot. From the base directory of the uClinux-dist source tree do the following.

    	mkdir ~/.xcopilot
    	ln -s `pwd`/images/pilot.rom ~/.xcopilot

    Xcopilot is now ready to go. Just type “xcopilot” and it should be up and running uClinux in the xcopilot emulator. Here is a screen shot of what is expected.

    XcopilotCommands can be entered on the serial console that runs in the terminal window. Have a look around the filesystem, /dev, /bin and /etc. It will look like a very cut down version of Linux/Unix.

    Xcopilot has several debug options. The simplest is the default debugger that is built in. Connect to the debugger with:

    	telnet localhost 2000

    From here type help to see the available debugger commands. The options available include stopping/starting the CPU and trace execution to a file. The instruction tracing is condensed in that it only traces unusual program counter changes like jumps, branches and subroutine calls.

    Running uClinux in the GDB/ARMulator

    From the base directory of the uClinux-dist source tree do the following.

    	ln -s images/romfs.img boot.rom

    Now run arm-elf-gdb on the appropriate kernel, here is an example session:

    uClinux will now boot through to a shell prompt. At any point break into the debugger with ^C, set break points and examine memory and variables. Break points may be set before typing “run” to catch the early startup of the kernel. To step through the early kernel boot sequence set a breakpoint at start_kernel. For example:

    Summary

    While an emulator will never replace real hardware, it can play an important role in development. It can be useful for training and experimentation and can also help with developing/debugging new operating system features.

    The emulators mentioned here serve to give the user a strong understanding of uClinux and its application. Not only can they be used as a learning aide but they can also provide a practical foundation for building real devices.

    An emulator can play an important part of a developers toolset and can be called on whenever it fill an immediate need.

    Other Emulators

    There are quite a few other emulators that can run uClinux to varying degrees.

    LEON Sparc Emulator (TSIM)
    Reasonable support included in the uClinux-dist sources.

    NEC v850e
    Quite good support with a selection of emulators available. The gdb based simulator is the easiest to use and is also supported in the uClinux-dist sources.

    Coldfire Emulator
    Capable of running the Arnewsh/5206 image from the uClinux-dist.

    SWARM (Software ARM)
    Basic support for this emulator is included in the uClinux-dist.

    Langkah-langkah men download file .hex menggunakan WpicProg 16:

    1. Sambungkan konektor programmer ke port parallel LPT1

    2. Pasang PIC16f18 ke soket. Jangan sampai terbalik. Pastikan pila bahwa catu daya OFF saat memasang PIC 16f84 ke soket.

    3. ON kan catu daya

    4. Buka software WpicProg yang telah anda simpan di suatu derektori C:\

    5. Perhatikan pada bagian kiri bawah, pastikan bahwa software mengenali programmer pada port yang digunakan. Pilih aja $378

    6. Setelah port di temukan buka file yang akan di download pastiakan program sudah ber ektensen .hex atau hasil compile.

    7. Lakukan pengaturan pada prosesor fuse dan osilator sesuai dengan system yang anda bangun.lihat Kristal yang mau di gunakan.

    8. Lakukan download dengan klik write PIC kemudian lakukan verifikasi dengan menekan Verify.

    9. Setelah itu coba baca memory yang sudah kita download tadi.

    10. Matikan catu daya ambil IC

    11. Jika tidak berhasil kemungkinan

    · Catu daya, pastikan jalur catu baik

    · Osilator, cek kembali pemasangan osilator

    · Start up, coba RESET mikrokontroler

    · Program yang anda buat.

    • The Hardware Book v1.3 The Hardware Book contains miscellaneous technical information about computers and other electronic devices.
    • Electronics Assistant Electronics Assistant is a small program designed to perform basic electronics-related calculations. It includes a resistor colour code calculator, resistor, capacitor and potential divider calculators and more.
    • Resistor Calculator This Program is an extremely handy tool for finding standard values of resistance to meet a specific need. This software is especially geared towards calculating values for voltage devider circuits.
    • 555 Timer This program allows you to calculate Resistor and Capacitor values for both Astable and Monostable modes. Please note that this program was written using Visual Basic 4.0 Therefore it requires the Visual Basic 4.0 Runtimes.
    • Schematic Symbol Reference 1.0 This is an offline version of the Schematic Symbol Reference. It contains all the same info, but is a standalone program that requires no Internet connection to run.
    • 555 timer designer This freeware program is very useful for designing 555/556 timer applications. Enter frequency (or pulse length) and duty cycle, then click on Calculate. Timer capacitor C1 values can then be increased or decreased, with resistor values changing accordingly.     • Resistor Color Coder This freeware resistor color code program is very useful for determining color codes or values for 4 and 5 band resistors. To select the mode, click on the 4 or 5 band resistor icon in the upper right The lefthand 3 or 4 bands determine resistor value, the righthand band resistor tolerance.
    • IC-Databook In this IC-Databook Software you will find pin assignments, connection layouts, function tables and the most important specifications available for the 40x.. and the 74x.. IC series. In the actual software version are already the data of more than 230 different IC’s. You can easily add additionally IC’s add or edit existing IC’s and exchange them with other users.
    • ESP Transistor Data 1.1 This is a small program to find transistor data. Not everything is listed (1442 different devices). Download a copy, place it into the directory of choice and run the program, which is a self extracting archive. There are two extracted files – ESP-TRAN.EXE and BIPOLAR.TXT, being the executable and database respectively. ESP-SEMI.EXE may be deleted after extraction unless you want to give a copy to someone else. New stuff can be added as you find the data. The Frequency Analyzer technically speaking performs a Fast Fourier Transform of the sound (you need a sound card and a microphone to use this program). What it means is that it analyzes your voice and splits it into its component frequencies. Watch patterns of speech, the harmonics of vowels and the noise of sibilants. The size of the program is only 64k! (zipped 32k) Can you believe that?! There are web pages that make you download more than that just to be able to look at them.look at them.
    • Sine Wave Generator The BIP Sine Wave Generator uses the sound card’s output as sine wave output. A built in sweep algorithm is used by audio hackers to measure frequency repsonses of their amplifiers.The generator has the following properties: Sampling frequency: The oscillator automatically uses the highest sample frequency available at the output that you select (usually maximal 44 kHz but people with 22 kHz max. also use the generator without any problems). Ounput impedance: The same as the output impedance of your sound card. Normally the output of a sound card is very low (which is good) in order to be able to connect a speaker (which is not needed for this application). Accuracy: The generator uses 8-bit samples to generate the sine wave signal. The sine wave is created using a secret algorithm which makes use of special floating point instructions of your microprocessor.
    • SweepGen SweepGen turns a PC into an Audio Oscillator and Sweep Generator which can be used for testing audio or educational purposes. In conjunction with audio test instruments, you can make frequency response plots. SweepGen uses the sound card in your PC to produce sinewaves that are mathematically correct almost to CD quality, indeed it’s more likely that the quality of your PC sound card will be the limiting factor rather than the code in SweepGen.
    • Test Tone Generator The Test Tone Generator (TTG) turns the PC into a function generator for testing or demonstration, sound tuning, education, for sound effects and other purposes. It can produce constant or ‘swept’ test signals in real time. You can also save the signal as a .WAV file, e.g. to burn a test tone CD. You can also run scripts of test tones and save 4 memory presets of fixed or sweep test signals and supports multiple sound cards.
    • Frequency Counter This is a frequency Counter that uses your sound card.
    • SB Oscillograph 1.0 It is real digital oscillograph. Your sound cart can give 16 digital bits, and has two independent channel. It’s great, it gives about 150 microvolt precision level. Frequence limit isn’t hight, no more then 44100 Hz, but in many case it is enough.

    Syarat CPNS LIPI

      • Warga Negara Republik Indonesia.
      • Bertaqwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa.
      • Memiliki integritas yang tinggi terhadap, Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia.
      • Tidak Berkedudukan sebagai Calon Pegawai Negeri / Pegawai Negeri di instansi lain.
      • Tidak berkedudukan sebagai anggota atau pengurus partai politik.
      • Tidak pernah diberhentikan tidak dengan hormat sebagai Pegawai Negeri atau pegawai swasta.
      • Tidak pernah dihukum penjara berdasarkan putusan pengadilan yang telah mempunyai kekuatan hukum yang tetap.
      • Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh wilayah Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia atau negara lain yang ditentukan pemerintah.
      • Berkelakuan baik.
      • Sehat jasmani dan rohani.
      • Mempunyai kompetensi yang diperlukan.
      • Usia minimal 18 tahun. Usia setinggi-tingginya 27 tahun bagi pelamar berpendidikan D3 dan D4; 30 tahun bagi pelamar berpendidikan S1; dan 35 tahun bagi pelamar berpendidikan S2 dan S3. Batasan usia dihitung berdasarkan rencana penetepan TMT CPNS sesuai ketentuan MenPAN yaitu tanggal 1 Desember 2008.
      • Umur ijasah terakhir setinggi-tingginya 5 tahun untuk ijasah D3 dan D4; 6 tahun untuk ijasah S1, S2, dan S3.
      • Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif minimal bagi pelamar yang berpendidikan S1, S2, dan S3 adalah 2,75; bagi pelamar yang berpendidikan D3 dan D4 adalah 2,70 dengan skala 4,00.
      • Berkas Lamaran utama yang dicetak langsung dari situs SIPC LIPI setelah proses registrasi.
      • Fotokopi ijasah pendidikan terakhir yang dilegalisir.
        Untuk proses penerimaan CPNS, dipersyaratkan Ijasah Pendidikan terakhir, sedangkan Surat Tanda Kelulusan TIDAK BERLAKU.
      • Fotokopi transkrip nilai pendidikan terakhir yang dilegalisir.

      • Fotokopi halaman judul dan abstrak tugas akhir / tesis / disertasi.

    Pilihan unit kerja di bawah LIPI

    LIPI merupakan lembaga ilmu pengetahuan multi disiplin dengan 47 satuan kerja yang tersebar di seluruh Indonesia dan meliputi semua bidang kajian ilmu serta administrasi. Untuk itu, sebelum melakukan registrasi pastikan untuk mengetahui detail satuan kerja yang Anda minati melalui halaman FORMASI. Dalam registrasi lamaran, setiap pelamar diberi kesempatan untuk memilih maksimal 3 satuan kerja sesuai dengan urutan prioritas.

    Satuan kerja dengan beberapa alamat lokasi menunjukkan bahwa satuan kerja tersebut memiliki beberapa lokasi yang terpisah.

    Jumlah lowongan dan syarat IPK minimum

    Jumlah lowongan yang dibuka untuk tahun 2008 sebanyak 152 orang.

    Secara umum IPK minimal untuk CPNS adalah 2,70 untuk D3 dan D4, serta 2,75 untuk S1-S3 dengan skala 4,00. Namun untuk LIPI, akan dilakukan pemeringkatan pada tahap verifikasi administrasi untuk menentukan pelamar yang dipanggil untuk mengikuti ujian tulis sampai sebanyak lebih kurang 15 kali jumlah formasi untuk setiap bidang kompetensi. Sehingga tidak semua pelamar dengan IPK diatas IPK minimum akan dipanggil untuk mengikuti ujian tulis.

    Dari hasil pemeringkatan ujian tulis, untuk ujian wawancara akan dipanggil lebih kurang 5 kali jumlah formasi untuk setiap bidang kompetensi.

    Kesesuaian bidang studi, profesi, tingkat pendidikan dan satuan kerja yang diminati

    Perlu dipahami bahwa setiap satuan kerja membutuhkan personil untuk profesi peneliti, teknisi dan administrasi dari berbagai tingkat pendidikan (D3, D4, S1, S2, S3) dengan berbagai latar belakang kajian ilmu, selain kajian ilmu utamanya. Untuk itu pastikan personil yang dibutuhkan satuan kerja pilihan Anda melalui halaman FORMASI.

    Meski demikian LIPI tidak menjamin bahwa setiap pelamar akan ditempatkan sesuai dengan formasi di satuan kerja dan / atau lokasi yang diinginkan. Dalam kasus perbedaan pilihan profesi serta posisi penempatan akan disampaikan dan ditanyakan langsung pada tahap ujian wawancara.

    Khususnya untuk syarat tingkat pendidikan, tidak diharuskan melamar dengan tingkat pendidikan terakhir. Bila pelamar berminat pada formasi dengan tingkat pendidikan lebih rendah dari yang dimiliki, maka pada kolom PENDIDIKAN TERAKHIR harus dituliskan perguruan tinggi dan ijasah dari tingkat pendidikan formasi tersebut. Perlu diingat bahwa syarat usia dan tahun kelulusan mengikuti ijasah dari tingkat pendidikan yang dipakai untuk melamar !

    Untuk pilihan bidang kompetensi, sesuai ketentuan dari BKN pastikan untuk memilih bidang kompetensi sesuai dengan nama jurusan yang tertulis di ijasah. Bagi pelamar yang memilih bidang kompetensi yang berbeda dengan yang tertulis di ijasah akan gugur di tahap verifikasi administrasi !

    Perjanjian bagi pelamar

      • Sistem Informasi Penerimaan CPNS LIPI ini merupakan satu-satunya informasi dan layanan resmi terkait dengan Penerimaan CPNS LIPI.
      • Pelamar wajib mengikuti informasi terbaru yang disampaikan melalui situs ini secara berkala.
      • Kesalahan / kelalaian mengikuti prosedur yang ditetapkan dan berakibat langsung maupun tidak langsung pada pelamar merupakan tanggung-jawab pelamar.
      • Panitia Penerimaan CPNS LIPI tidak menerima kontak langsung baik melalui tatap muka maupun alat komunikasi lainnya terkait dengan seluruh proses Penerimaan CPNS LIPI.
      • Pengirim data lamaran dianggap telah membaca dan memahami seluruh proses yang telah ditetapkan.
      • Bagi pelamar yang dinyatakan lulus seluruh proses seleksi tetapi mengundurkan diri diwajibkan mengganti biaya yang telah dikeluarkan Panitia sebesar Rp. 10.000.000,- (sepuluh juta rupiah).

      • Jadwal diatas bisa berubah sewaktu-waktu tergantung pada kondisi ! Untuk itu pastikan bahwa Anda selalu melihat situs SIPC LIPI secara berkala.

    Persiapan sebelum mengajukan lamaran

    ·

      • Nomor Kartu Tanda Penduduk (KTP).
      • Tahun dan nomor ijasah pendidikan terakhir.
      • Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK) transkrip nilai pendidikan terakhir.
      • Data dijital pasfoto warna berukuran 200 x 150 piksel dalam format JPEG (dengan nama ekstensi JPG) dan maksimal berukuran sebesar 15 Kb.
      • Surat elektronik (Email) yang biasa dan selalu Anda akses secara berkala. Informasi khusus akan disampaikan melalui surat elektronik secara langsung.
      • Judul dan abstrak tugas akhir / tesis / disertasi.
      • Untuk pelamar lulusan dari luar-negeri, diwajibkan melampirkan Surat Keterangan Akreditasi dari Dikti Depdiknas.

    Proses awal registrasi lamaran melalui situs SIPC LIPI merupakan tahapan paling krusial. Proses ini dilakukan sepenuhnya oleh pelamar. Untuk mengurangi kesalahan, pelamar dihimbau untuk mempersiapkan seluruh data dan dokumen pendukung yang diperlukan. Dalam proses verifikasi, panitia tidak memiliki (dan tidak diberi) wewenang untuk melakukan perubahan pada isian Anda. Sehingga ketidaksesuaian antara isian dan berkas lamaran yang dikirimkan kemudian akan berakibat pada ketidaklulusan pada tahap I.

    Untuk menghemat waktu akses, sebelum mengisi formulir lamaran ini pastikan bahwa Anda telah menyiapkan data-data dan dokumen pendukung minimal, yaitu :

    Proses dan prosedur lamaran

    1. Persiapan data yang dipersyaratkan.
      Siapkan seluruh data dan dokumen tersebut diatas.
    2. Lakukan registrasi lamaran melalui situs SIPC LIPI (http://cpns.lipi.go.id) dengan meng-klik halaman LAMARAN.
      Saat pengisian pastikan untuk mengisi formulir dengan benar dan lengkap sesuai petunjuk tertulis. Kesalahan pengisian sehingga terjadi ketidaksesuaian dengan berkas lamaran yang akan dikirim melalui pos mengakibatkan ketidaklulusan pada tahap I (verifikasi administrasi). Dalam proses pengisian hindari menekan tombol ENTER, sebaliknya pakai tetikus untuk memindahkan kursor ke kolom yang diinginkan. Setelah selesai, tekan tombol KIRIM. Akan segera ditampilkan NOMOR LAMARAN dan KATA-SANDI Anda.
    3. Lakukan LOGIN memakai jendela login di sebelah kiri. Kemudian upload pasfoto serta revisi isian lamaran bila ada kesalahan.
      Bila sudah selesai, tekan tombol KIRIM.
    4. Kembali lakukan proses login. Kemudian setelah memastikan semuanya ditampilkan dengan baik, tampilkan berkas lamaran dengan mengklik tautan CETAK BERKAS LAMARAN. Cetak halaman yang ditampilkan memakai mesin pencetak berwarna.
    5. Tanda tangani berkas lamaran yang telah dicetak dan tulis jumlah dokumen yang dilampirkan. Pastikan untuk melengkapi dengan seluruh dokumen pendukung yang dipersyaratkan serta dokumen-dokumen lain (bila ada).
    6. Jepit seluruh dokumen dengan stapler dan masukkan dalam map / amplop tertutup yang telah ditulis NOMOR LAMARAN di bagian depannya.
    7. Masukkan ke dalam amplop besar tanpa dilipat, kirim melalui pos ke :

    Pengecekan status lamaran

    Segera setelah registrasi lamaran, setiap pelamar akan mendapatkan NOMOR LAMARAN yang unik. Simpan dengan baik nomor lamaran ini ! Dengan nomor lamaran dan kata-sandi yang dimiliki, para pelamar bisa melakukan revisi atas formulir registrasi sebelum verifikasi administrasi atas lamaran tersebut dilakukan.

    Seluruh proses Penerimaan CPNS LIPI bisa dipantau oleh pelamar dan publik secara waktu riil. Data detail proses lamaran (hasil verifikasi, nilai, dsb) bisa diakses hanya oleh pelamar yang bersangkutan melalui jendela login di sebelah kiri dengan memasukkan nomor lamaran dan kata-sandi yang dimiliki. Para pelamar diwajibkan memantau lamarannya melalui situs SIPC LIPI. LIPI tidak bertanggung-jawab atas aneka kesalahan yang diakibatkan oleh kelalaian para pelamar.

    Publik bisa mengakses seluruh proses namun dengan pembatasan isi informasi lamaran untuk menjaga privasi para pelamar.

    Tahap I : verifikasi administrasi

    Proses verifikasi dilakukan langsung segera setelah berkas lamaran diterima oleh Panitia. Verifikasi dilakukan untuk melihat kesesuaian data registrasi yang telah diisi oleh pelamar melalui situs SIPC LIPI dengan dokumen fisik yang telah diterima Panitia.

    Pelamar bisa mengakses informasi detail hasil verifikasi melalui halaman pelamar yang bisa diakses melalui jendela login di sebelah kiri dengan memasukkan nomor lamaran dan kata-sandi yang dimiliki. Melalui halaman ini informasi verfikasi per-item bisa diketahui.

    Apabila ada item isian yang tidak lolos verifikasi karena kesalahan dokumen fisik yang diserahkan, pelamar masih bisa mengirim ulang dokumen yang kurang / salah dengan disertai Berkas Lamaran yang dicetak langsung dari situs SIPC LIPI selama batas waktu penyerahan dokumen fisik belum terlewati.

    Apabila ada item isian yang tidak lolos verifikasi karena kesalahan pengisian oleh pelamar saat registrasi, pelamar masih dimungkinkan untuk melakukan registrasi ulang dan mengirimkan kembali Berkas Lamaran beserta seluruh dokumen pendukung selama batas waktu registrasi dan penyerahan berkas belum terlewati,

    Ingat bahwa LIPI TIDAK melayani tanya jawab dalam bentuk apapun terkait dengan lamaran !

    Tahap ujian tulis akan dilakukan sesuai dengan jadwal. Hanya pelamar dengan ranking teratas sesuai jumlah minimal untuk setiap formasi yang ditetapkan yang akan dipanggil untuk mengikuti ujian tulis.

    Sebelum tanggal pelaksanaan ujian tulis, seluruh pelamar yang dipanggil ujian tulis diwajibkan hadir di lokasi ujian tulis (yang akan ditentukan kemudian) untuk melakukan verifikasi fisik serta mendapatkan nomor kursi ujian tulis. Jadwal verifikasi fisik dibuka tanggal 30-31 Oktober 2008 (pk. 09:00 – 15:00 WIB). Saat verifikasi fisik, pelamar diwajibkan membawa KARTU PESERTA UJIAN yang dicetak langsung dari situs SIPC LIPI. Kartu Peserta Ujian bisa dicetak dari halaman registrasi masing-masing pelamar setelah login memakai nomor lamaran dan kata-sandi yang dimiliki. Pada halaman registrasi pelamar yang lolos tahap I akan ditampilkan tautan CETAK KARTU PESERTA UJIAN.

    Masa ujian tulis adalah 1 (satu) hari kerja bersama-sama untuk seluruh pelamar yang dipanggil. Perlu diperhatikan bahwa pada tahun-tahun sebelumnya ujian tulis untuk seluruh LPND Ristek (LIPI, BPPT, BATAN, LAPAN, BAKOSURTANAL, BAPETEN, BSN) dilaksanakan pada tanggal yang sama ! Lokasi ujian tulis akan ditentukan kemudian.

    Waktu pelaksanaan ujian tulis 08:00 – 15:00 WIB. Setiap peserta diwajibkan membawa :

    Selain itu sangat disarankan untuk membawa bekal makanan dan minuman mengingat keterbatasan penjual makanan dan minuman di sekitar lokasi ujian. Peserta dianjurkan mempergunakan kendaraan umum untuk mencapai lokasi ujian tulis mengingat ketiadaan lahan parkir di sekitar lokasi.

    Jenis dan materi ujian tulis :

    Setiap materi memiliki bobot : 30 persen (TPU), 30 persen (TBS) dan 40 persen (TSK) dalam total nilai. Sedangkan hasil psikotes akan menjadi rujukan untuk tahapan berikutnya.

    Data nilai ujian tulis bisa diakses oleh pelamar yang bersangkutan. Halaman pelamar bisa diakses melalui jendela login di sebelah kiri dengan memasukkan nomor lamaran dan kata-sandi yang dimiliki.

      • Dokumen fisik Tugas Akhir / tesis / disertasi untuk D3/D4/S1/S2/S3.
      • Surat Pernyataan Ganti Rugi dan meterai Rp. 6.000,- (1 lembar). Surat Pernyataan harus diambil dari halaman e-DATA dan dicetak sendiri.

    Wawancara akan dilakukan secara bertahap dalam beberapa gelombang sesuai dengan jumlah pelamar yang akan dipanggil mengikuti wawancara.

    Setiap pelamar yang dipanggil untuk mengikuti ujian wawancara harus memperhatikan satuan kerja yang memanggil. Pelamar yang sama bisa dipanggil oleh lebih dari satu satuan kerja. Pada kasus ini, pelamar harus mengikuti seluruh ujian wawancara dari semua satuan kerja yang memanggil.

    Lokasi ujian wawancara :

    Waktu ujian adalah pk. 08:30 – 18:00 WIB. Detail jadwal setiap satuan kerja dan pelamar yang dipanggil oleh satuan kerja akan ditempelkan di lokasi. Untuk itu setiap pelamar dimohon memastikan jadwalnya masing-masing pada hari pertama tersebut di LIPI Pusat, Jakarta.

    Pada saat ujian wawancara, peserta diwajibkan membawa dokumen :

    Kelulusan CPNS LIPI

    Pengumuman pelamar yang diterima dan proses selanjutnya yang harus ditempuh akan diumumkan kemudian. Data detail seluruh proses lamaran (hasil verifikasi, nilai, dsb) bisa diakses oleh pelamar yang bersangkutan melalui jendela login di sebelah kiri dengan memasukkan nomor lamaran dan kata-sandi yang dimiliki.

    Membuat dan memasukkan pasfoto

    · Pasfoto dijital bisa dibuat dengan mengambil gambar Anda memakai kamera dijital, atau melakukan pemindaian foto konvensional dengan mesin pemindai.

    Setelah mendapatkan data gambar, baik langsung dari kamera dijital ataupun hasil pemindaian, pakai perangkat lunak pengolah foto untuk menyesuaikan dimensi dengan melakukan pengecilan dimensi riil. Untuk mencapai ukuran data lebih kecil dari 15 Kb, pastikan bahwa resolusi pasfoto Anda tidak lebih dari 100 dpi.

    Setelah gambar siap dan sesuai dimensi yang dipersyaratkan, lakukan penyimpanan dalam format JPEG dengan nama ekstensi jpg. Setelah disimpan, pastikan bahwa ukuran data kurang dari 15 Kb !

    Selama proses verifikasi terhadap registrasi Anda belum dilakukan, pasfoto bisa diganti dengan melakukan unggah ulang.

    Bagaimana mempersiapkan pasfoto dijital ?

    Bagaimana mendapatkan pasfoto sesuai dengan dimensi (150 x 200 piksel) dan ukuran data (< 15 Kb) seperti dipersyaratkan ?

    Bagaimana mendapatkan format JPEG ?

    Bagaimana kalau ingin mengganti pasfoto yang telah di-upload sebelumnya ?

    Dengan proses diatas Anda akan siap mengunggah pasfoto Anda untuk melengkapi registrasi lamaran melalui situs SIPC LIPI. Bila Anda masih mengalami kesulitan, silahkan meminta bantuan ke orang-orang di sekitar Anda. Umumnya Anda bisa mendapatkan bantuan dengan mudah melalui toko cuci cetak foto yang menyediakan jasa pencetakan foto dijital, atau para penjaga warung internet terdekat.

    Mencetak Berkas Lamaran dan Kartu Peserta Ujian

    Berkas Lamaran bisa dicetak setelah data registrasi disimpan. Pastikan bahwa seluruh data dan pasfoto Anda sudah diisikan dengan benar. Setelah login kembali memakai nomor lamaran dan kata-sandi yang dimiliki, klik tautan CETAK BERKAS LAMARAN. Akan ditampilkan halaman siap cetak untuk surat lamaran. Setelah memastikan bahwa data diri, pasfoto dan kode bar ditampilkan dengan benar, silahkan cetak memakai mesin pencetak berwarna pada kertas warna putih ukuran A4.

    Untuk Kartu Peserta Ujian, tautan CETAK KARTU UJIAN akan ditampilkan setelah proses verifikasi dan penentuan peserta yang dipanggil selesai. Setelah memastikan bahwa data diri, pasfoto dan kode bar ditampilkan dengan benar, silahkan cetak memakai mesin pencetak berwarna pada kertas warna putih ukuran bebas (selama seluruh bagian Kartu Peserta Ujian tercetak).

    Apabila hasil cetakan terlalu besar / kecil dari ukuran kertas A4, lakukan perubahan ukuran font pada perambah yang dipakai !

    Latar belakang SIPC LIPI

    Terkait dengan perubahan proses penerimaan CPNS secara umum oleh MenPAN / BAKN sejak 2004, LIPI sebagai salah satu lembaga pemerintah mendukung penuh sistem baru tersentralisasi yang diberlakukan. Sistem ini ditujukan untuk meningkatkan transparansi proses guna mendapatkan insan-insan muda Indonesia terbaik sebagai abdi pelayan masyarakat di masa depan.

    Khususnya untuk LIPI, SIPC sangat relevan terkait dengan status LIPI sebagai lembaga ilmu pengetahuan utama di Indonesia. Sehingga kemampuan memakai sistem informasi semacam ini bagi para pelamar merupakan syarat mutlak di era informasi ini.

    Prinsip dasar implementasi SIPC LIPI

      • Mudah dipakai dan dipelihara oleh seluruh pihak terkait (pelamar, panitia, LIPI).
      • Berbasis web dinamis.
      • Permanen : sistem yang bisa dipakai sepanjang tahun.
      • Transparan : memungkinkan kontrol internal yang ketat dan pencekan ulang antar bagian dan level.
      • Sekuriti akses di setiap level.

    Guna mencapai tujuan diatas, LIPI menganggap perlu untuk mengimplementasikan Sistem Informasi Penerimaan CPNS LIPI – SIPC LIPI berbasis web. Sistem ini memungkinkan seluruh proses dilakukan secara online dan transparan bagi semua pihak terkait (pelamar, panitia dan masyarakat). Untuk itu, sejak proses pengembangan sampai implementasi dipegang beberapa prinsip dasar utama :
